Regain Your Balance with Perth Audiology & Dizziness

😵💫 Dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance can be overwhelming. These symptoms often leave you feeling drained, disoriented, and dependent on others for daily tasks. When your world feels unsteady and your head unclear, it’s not just frustrating—it can be frightening. Perth Audiology & Dizziness is committed to helping you understand your symptoms and supporting you to gain balance and confidence in your life.

👂 At Perth Audiology & Dizziness, we specialise in comprehensive vestibular (balance) diagnostics. Our approach is holistic and patient-centred: we take the time to understand your full history, symptom timeline, and life events. We assess both your inner ear—the organ responsible for hearing and balance—and the central pathways that process balance signals.

Vestibular or balance testing may include the following, audiological assessment (testing of your hearing organ, cochlear), and the pathways to them (outer, middle and inner ear). Using specialised goggles to assess your vestibular occular reflexes, VNG, the dix hall pike to assess positional vertigo (if you have any loose crystals in your ears & fixing it), vestibular evoked myogenic potentials, calorics, and auditory brainstem response and/or electrocochleography.
