I know not everyone can make it into my clinical location, and for this reason we offer a concierge service.

Concierge services are offered to make accessing audiological services and products more convenient and comfortable for you. I can come to your home or your place of residence (if you or your loved one are in a care home) if you require. Please note, not all places allow clinical staff to come on-site without prior registration. This can be arranged.

* Concierge services attract an additional fee to the service fee and are generally conducted on Thursdays or Fridays. *
